What information does MyChildModels.com collect and how does MyChildModels.com use it?

How does MyChildModels.com protect visitor information?

Does MyChildModels.com disclose the information it collects from its visitors to outside parties?
MyChildModels.com does not currently sell, trade, or otherwise transfer outside of MyChildModels.com personally identifiable information that visitors voluntarily provide in any registration, purchase, or contest submission. This information is used by MyChildModels.com to better understand visitors' use of the Site, to support related transactions made on the Site, and to better know our visitors and possibly tailor any specific features, promotions, or other notifications to them. MyChildModels.com's special note to parents
Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we are not permitted, and therefore do not, collect personal identifiable information from children we actually know to be under thirteen years of age without the consent of that child's parent or legal guardian. Our Site is a general audience web site that does not contain content specifically directed to children under the age of 13. How does a visitor opt-out, remove, or modify information they have provided to MyChildModels.com?
After gathering any user information, MyChildModels.com offers users the opportunity to remove their information from our database so as not to receive future communications or to no longer interact with the Site until they later chose to by sending such a request to MyChildModels.com at iinfo@MyChildModels.com.com, or as set forth below under "Contact Us." MyChildModels.com additionally provides users the opportunity to update and modify any information they have previously provided by viewing their information sent directly to them following such a request to info@MyChildModels.com.com, and updating and/or modifying the information previously provided. In addition, our electronic newsletter will always contain instructions on how to discontinue receipt of the newsletter. However, if a visitor at anytime chooses to no longer receive such information and opt-out from any future mailings, they should simply reply to MyChildModels.com's removal instructions and request to be removed from any such list and/or mailings, or they may also send such a request to info@MyChildModels.com.com

Terms and Conditions of Use
Welcome to MyChildModels.com America's Terms and Conditions of Use ("Site Terms"). These Site Terms create an agreement applicable to your use of our services at the MyChildModels.com PhotoCenter, located at photo.MyChildModels.com.com (the "Site").
Amendment of Terms
MyChildModels.com may from time to time revise these Site Terms by posting revised terms. Please visit this page periodically to review the current Terms and Conditions of Use because they are binding on you. Your continued use of the Site will mean you accept any changes. .
Charge for Use
Site membership is currently free of charge, exclusive of Internet or other telecommunications fees. Payment may be required for certain products and services offered on the Site, as described at the relevant Site locations. MyChildModels.com does not guarantee that the Site will always be operated free of charge.
Maximum Permitted Content Storage
Each member’s maximum permitted storage for photos and Content in their account on the Site is 100 MB (megabytes). If your account ever exceeds 100MB, you must log in to the account and remove a sufficient number of files so that you don’t exceed the maximum. MyChildModels.com will give you notice by e-mail if your account exceeds the maximum. If you do not remove files promptly after that e-mail notice has been sent, MyChildModels.com may close your account and delete all your photos and other Content. Please note that once we close your account and delete photos and other Content from it, we will not be able to restore them.
Periodic Log-In Requirement
Each member Each member must log in to their account at least once every 12 months. To log in, you need to go to the Site’s home page, type in your e-mail address and password in the Member Sign In box, then click on “go” or press “Enter” on your keyboard. If you have not logged in for 12 months, MyChildModels.com will give you notice by e-mail. If you do not log in promptly after that e-mail notice has been sent, MyChildModels.com may close your account and delete all your photos and other Content. Please note that once we close your account and delete photos and other Content from it, we will not be able to restore them.
Not the Sole Location for Content Storage
Content you upload to the Site is subject to possible deletion by MyChildModels.com under these Site Terms. Further, MyChildModels.com does not guarantee that your Content will never be lost or damaged. Therefore, you should not use the Site as the only location where your Content is stored. Once photos or Content have been deleted or lost, MyChildModels.com cannot restore them.
Copyrights
You agree that you will not use the Site to infringe copyrights. You further agree not to modify or delete any copyright or other legal notices from Content downloaded from the Site.
To report possible copyright infringement on the MyChildModels.com PhotoCenter site, please visit our Help section, click on “Copyright Issues,” then click on “Report and Respond to Infringing Materials.”
All right title and interest in individual photographs posted on the Site will remain the exclusive property of the individual owner of the applicable photograph, and MyChildModels.com claims no copyright or other proprietary right in these works. However, MyChildModels.com does hold a copyright in certain portions of the Site and in the entire contents of the Site (in the aggregate) as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download portions of the material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own non-commercial use.
Download of Software
If you download software from the Site, the software, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the "Software") is licensed to you by MyChildModels.com. Use of the Software is subject to the license terms in the Software License Agreement that accompanies the Software. MyChildModels.com does not transfer title to the Software to you. You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software, or reduce the Software to a human-readable form.
Licenses and Site Access
Subject to these Site Terms, MyChildModels.com grants you a limited license to make personal use only of the Site. You may not, without limitation: (a) make any resale or commercial use of the Site or its content; (b) make any derivative use of the Site or its contents; or (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods within the Site. You acknowledge that you are either not a minor, or that, if you are minor, you have obtained the permission of your parent, legal guardian or supervising adult to use this Site. If you are the parent, legal guardian or supervising adult who has given a minor permission to use this Site, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all terms of this Site as they pertain to the minor.
Acceptable Conduct
This Site includes private and public Photo Albums, as well as other interactive areas. The Site may be used only for non-commercial purposes. By using the Site, you agree not to do any of the following:
- Upload to, distribute or otherwise publish through this Site any photograph, image, graphic, message, data, information, text or other material ("Content") that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, contains nudity or is otherwise objectionable;
- Upload to, distribute or otherwise publish through this Site any Content that would convey expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or profanity;

Enforcement
MyChildModels.com has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and Content associated with Photo Albums, interactive areas, or any other areas on the Site. MyChildModels.com may investigate a violation of its terms and conditions of use of the Site or its policies pursuant to a complaint, or based upon its own discovery (although MyChildModels.com has no obligation to monitor the Site), and may take any action that it deems appropriate. You shall remain solely liable for the Content you upload or transmit to MyChildModels.com.
